  25. By now you have probably heard of Lightspeed: The video magazine for the 
  26. Lightwave enthusiast.  Lightspeed is a monthly video magazine or video 
  27. series for Lightwave users. Each issue contains 60-120 minutes worth of 
  28. Lightwave tutorials, reviews, animation's, interviews and more.  In 
  29. addition to this, there are also commercial spots available (30,60,90 and 
  30. 120 seconds) for companies such as yourselves to advertise your 
  31. products.  Our commercial rates are fantastic (call for quotes) but this 
  32. is not the reason I have sent this message.

  34.  Just recently, Lightspeed has added a "New Products Showcase" section on 
  35. each new issue where companies that come out with a new product or 
  36. service for Lightwave users can show a video press release of this new 
  37. product/service.  The video spot can be up to 30 seconds in Length.  The 
  38. best part about this whole concept is that it costs you nothing to have 
  39. it shown on Lightspeed. That's right, it's basically a free commercial to 
  40. be run one time in Lightspeed for free.  All you need to do is provide us 
  41. with the completed video on either BetacamSP, SVHS or 3/4" tape format.

  43. We are looking for companies to send us video press releases on 
  44. products/services that are new to the market (less than 3 months old).  
  45. There should be no reason why a company does not take advantage of this 
  46. free advertising and extra publicity opportunity.  Lightspeed is viewed 
  47. by thousands of Lightwave users each month,  world-wide, and your free 
  48. press release video can also be viewed by these same potential 
  49. customers.  Take the time to create a commercial that shows off your 
  50. product (keeping it under 30 seconds in length)  and  one that is fully 
  51. edited and ready to be inserted onto a Lightspeed video.

  53. Why are we doing this if it is free to you?  We are doing this because 
  54. our viewers have requested it.  We want to keep our viewers informed of 
  55. the newest Lightwave products available on the market today.  We can only 
  56. do so many tutorials and only on certain products.  This avenue gives all 
  57. companies providing something to the Lightwave community a way to "show' 
  58. off their product in video format at no cost.

  60. No companies are exempt here.  We would like to see press releases on new 
  61. Lightwave workstations, plug-ins, rendering services, image processing 
  62. software, animation recording equipment, accelerators, books and anything 
  63. else that has anything to do with Lightwave.  If you just recently 
  64. release a new major version of software, send us a press release video on 
  65. that as well.

  68. free to call us for quotes on your custom commercial (which you can also 
  69. use for other things as well).
